The Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project (SARP) is steadily progressing towards achieving its intended objectives. As the scope and scale of project activities continue to expand, enhancing the capacity and efficiency of project staff remains essential to successfully accomplishing project goals.
In line with this need, a Capacity Development Workshop for project staff was successfully conducted from December 10 to 13 at the Irrigation Training Institute, Galgamuwa.
The workshop focused on strengthening both technical and soft skills of the staff. Participants were provided with subject-related knowledge relevant to the project, while also improving their leadership abilities, communication skills, and teamwork competencies. This initiative is expected to further enhance the effectiveness and overall performance of the project implementation process.
