The Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project (SARP) successfully conducted a Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop on Project Proposal Development on 21–22 July 2025 at the Agrarian Development National Training Center, Pothuhera.
This two-day program brought together SARP program officers to strengthen their practical skills in proposal writing, financial analysis, value chain development, and youth engagement in agribusiness. The sessions included group work, real-life case studies, and interactive discussions designed to transform knowledge into actionable skills.
On the final day, participants actively collaborated in groups, presented their proposals, and received expert feedback—enhancing their ability to design and implement impactful community-based projects.
