On 21–22 August 2025, the Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project (SARP) staff will participate in a two-day internal workshop led by Project Director, Mr. N.B.M. Ranatunge.
The primary objective of this workshop is to accelerate project performance, identify existing gaps and challenges, and collectively design a strategic roadmap for the future of the project.
Over the course of the two days, participants will:

Brainstorm practical solutions to fast-track implementation
The workshop will conclude with the development of a prioritized action plan, validated by all participants. This will ensure stronger coordination, improved efficiency, and greater impact for farming communities across the project areas.
